The client is a leading Food ingredient production company with a presence not only in India but globally.
As the successful Vice President - South Asia Sales Manager, You will be heading up and handling all sales functions for the company pan South Asia.
Key responsibilities of the Vice President South Asia Sales Manager:
•Overseeing all marketing activities and establishing marketing goals and strategies.
•Securing the long-term growth of the company by establishing brand strategy.
•Handling the total market share of the company.
•Reporting directly to the Vice President – Global Head of Sales.
•Introducing and developing new products into the market
•Negotiate contracts with existing and new customers
•Identify potential clients and expand the company’s portfolio.
•Manage the day to day sales
•Contacting customers at all levels of research and development, procurement, marketing, production as well as regulatory affairs and communication.
•Traveling for 40% of your time.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
•10 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector
•Experience and understanding of the Asian FMCG market
•Experience in brand development and growth in terms of sales
•Experience branching out into new markets.
•An open mind with a creative approach when faced with challenges.
•Experience in a multinational FMCG company is preferable
