Regional Sales and Marketing Director - Europe | Airport Lounges An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading international Airport Lounges provider for a committed and dynamic Regional Sales and Marketing Director. The role will be based in London looking after all Sales and Marketing activities across Europe. As the successful Regional Sales and Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing new business and clients (including banks, corporates, travel trades, and hotels) across Europe. Your role will include strategic planning and implementation, account management and growth, relationship management, revenue management, marketing and PR activities, and building partnerships. Responsibilities will include: • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive global sales, increase market share and enhance brand awareness • Collect and analyze regional market intelligence, monitor competitor pricing and activities closely • Define and implement a clear account strategy to improve the presence and revenue of the business across Europe • Effectively lead all negotiations • Ensure successful submissions agreements and value propositions during the proposal and contracting phrases • Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues in the account, and develop, present up-to-date company product and services to the client • Maintain compliance with contract terms and conditions, and maximize the organizations’ revenue throughout the contract terms • Identify key stakeholders and develop penetration strategies for all levels of the account’s organization. • Facilitate customer relationships both cross-functionally and hierarchically between the company and the account’s organization • Develop and implement regional pricing strategy Drive revenue to exceed goals • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan for Europe as an extension of global initiatives • Build key relationships with local influencers, strategic partners and likeminded brands • Oversees brand entry into new and mature markets during pre-opening, opening and beyond Work closely with senior management in the company Personal requirements: • Must have a strong sales background • Experience of leading sales and marketing functions • Must have experience of developing new business and driving commercial growth • Team management experience is preferred • Experience of selling to and partnering with banks is highly advantageous • Knowledge of the airport lounge or hospitality industry would be advantageous • Fluency in English is a must, a second language is advantageous but not required The salary range is GBP55,000 to GBP65,000 p/a
