People and Change Senior Manager

PwC are looking for an experienced People & Change Senior Managers to join the growing team and help their clients manage organizational transformations. The incumbent would be working on consulting engagements that focus on enabling functional transformation within organizations.

The Role

Industry and functional experience in Human Resources and consulting practice is highly preferred.

Specific responsibilities for the Change Management Senior Manager include but are not limited to:
Business growth through business development activities such as identifying opportunities with new or existing clients and leading proposal and bid teams.
Oversee and lead the delivery of multiple people and change projects, helping to put in place solutions to solve client problems.
Manage clients proactively by taking lead on all client engagement activities including but not limited to account management of new and existing clients, risk management and solution delivery.
Advance the practice through developing propositions, identifying and leveraging potential market opportunities and contributing to thought leadership.
Develop, coach and upskill more junior members of the team, both through leading teams to deliver client work, as well as through more informal mentoring relationships.

Preferred skills and experience:
Experience in client engagements with an ability to take lead in converting business opportunities commercially.
Experience in leading and managing bids and proposals including scoping work, fees and margins.
Extensive experience working on large scale people and change management projects, ideally in a consulting organization or in an internal consultant role.
Experience of managing multiple people and change projects across geographies with differing needs and stakeholders.
Significant experience in a leadership role and the ability to lead, motivate and manage diverse teams to deliver high quality results.
Data driven critical thinker with an appetite for HR Analytics.
In depth understanding of people and change management challenges, opportunities, methodologies and frameworks.
