Kamogelo, better known as Q, leads the business development function across Africa. He has over a decades’ experience in business development and HR management consulting, focusing on clients across sub-Saharan Africa helping their organisations grow and succeed through customised strategies and solutions.
Q has successfully delivered a range of projects focusing on total remuneration, organisational insights as well as talent selection and development.
He is passionate about the development of Africa, building strong relationships with clients, working collaboratively, identifying opportunities for growth and empowering people to achieve their full potential.
Prior to joining Millar Cameron, Q held several roles at Korn Ferry (former Hay Group) as well as Mercer.
Outside of seeking to deliver meaningful change, you can find Q travelling or on the golf course.
He holds and BCom in Investment management from The University of Pretoria.
