Ruth joined Millar Cameron in 2023 and is experienced in the recruitment of leadership roles at board, C-suite, and senior management level across sub-Saharan Africa.
This experience has seen her cut across various sectors including technology, media and telecoms, FMCG, financial services, agribusiness, aviation and development within Africa.
Working with various alliance partners including Korn Ferry, she was instrumental in attracting talent based out of the UK, Middle East and Asia into various organisations.
She has a background in fintech within East Africa and has worked to form partnerships with various organisations to structure financing opportunities for the bottom of the pyramid within East Africa.
Ruth is a certified Hogan Coach and is currently completing her MBA at the United States International University, Nairobi.
