An agricultural multinational company planned a large expansion project in Ethiopia. The undertaking required an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to oversee the growth and development of staff, and to work with the country management team.
With the project start date looming overhead, the company needed to act quickly and find a qualified HR professional from the Ethiopian market that would be suitable for the demands of the role.
