Within couple of discussions with both Operational and Human Resource Managers we were able to very clearly state the key success factors of the candidates.
Our client was looking to expand their asset management team in one of their growth investment markets, Central and Eastern Europe. It was essential that they could secure an experienced asset manager who could handle the pace of the market and handle a variety of assets in line with their investment strategy.
Millar Cameron used a number of different talent streams to access a shortlist of suitable candidates. The asset management team had a lean structure so it was essential the asset manager had a broad spectrum of experience within the sector.
The outcome for our client
We were able to source a shortlist of candidates who had the necessary experience. Working through changes within the client team, supporting the internal HR team, we were able to secure a strong asset manager to join the team. This candidate is now successful in supporting the global firm in managing one of their key investment revenue streams.
