The key responsibilities of the ESHS Senior Manager are:
i) to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, social and environmental laws, procedures, guidelines and specifications
ii) to provide advice on measures needed to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations in the Company’s operations
iii) to report on ESHS performance metrics as required by internal and external stakeholders.
The position is also responsible for overseeing ISO/OHSAS1 certifications and assuring closure of audit findings on a timely basis. The ESHS Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and foster a culture of attention to health, safety, social and environment management in all work sites of the Company
