Jerry has worked closely with the leadership team to create a new three-year strategy for the business and build a strong platform for growth.
He currently oversees the implementation of the strategy.
Jerry has worked in executive recruitment and talent-related markets throughout his career, including over two decades of creating and scaling businesses. Having successfully exited his last firm, he now works as an advisor to Millar Cameron and other specialist executive recruitment and talent solutions companies.
He holds a Bachelors of Law from the University of Leicester.
Away from work, he is Chair of his local tennis club, and he fundraises for various charities, including a local hospice and the British Heart Foundation.
