Board & Governance appointments
Supporting organisations across Africa and international markets with Chair, Non-Executive Director and Investment Committee appointments
Strengthening boards through strategic appointments
Strong boards depend on the right balance of experience, independence and judgement. Whether supporting investor-backed businesses, development finance institutions or organisations navigating growth and change, board appointments require a different approach to traditional executive search.
Millar Cameron supports organisations in identifying Non-Executive Directors, Chairs, Board Advisors and Investment Committee members whose experience, judgement and independence can strengthen boards during periods of growth, investment, transformation and organisational change.
Our experience spans board and governance appointments across investor-backed, listed and privately owned organisations operating throughout Africa and emerging markets, including Chair, Non-Executive Director, Audit, Risk & Governance and Investment Committee appointments.
