Hamish is a Senior Consultant at Millar Cameron, specialising in executive search across the technology, telecoms and infrastructure sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa. He works with multinational companies and private equity and venture capital-backed scale-ups on C-suite, leadership and management searches, supporting local, expatriate and repatriate appointments.

He has eight years of executive search experience and has worked across banking and finance, logistics, power and energy, industrial, infrastructure, technology, telecommunications and real estate. His track record includes placements at CFO, CEO, CIO, Chief AI Officer, CHRO, CTO, board and head of function level, with particular expertise in CFO search.

Before joining Millar Cameron, Hamish worked for a technology unicorn. He holds an LLB in Law from Newcastle University and is an active community volunteer in Oxford, supporting mental health and recruitment charities.
