She has more than a decade of experience in executive search and recruitment, including leading the European Executive Search function of a multinational talent brand. She works with organisations across the EMEA region to understand their strategic workforce needs and identify, engage and appoint critical talent.
She supports organisations through change and helps them build stronger, more effective leadership teams and cultures of continuous improvement.
