Peter joined Millar Cameron in 2023 and has worked extensively throughout the African region in Executive Search, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, successfully placing senior leadership and executive management roles in varying industry sectors such as Academia, Agriculture, Financial Services, Food Manufacturing and Processing, Mining, FMCG, Retail, and Tourism. Peter’s areas of expertise extend to Human Resources Audits, and Executive Coaching and Leadership Development as an ORSC certified coach.
Peter has a keen eye for detail and thorough research. He is a databank of information, up to date with current affairs especially developments in the economic space, he has in depth knowledge of different African cultures and the diverse ways of doing business in Africa.
With nearly 10 years executive search consultancy experience gained from working for an international executive search firm TRANSEARCH, Peter brings about a fresh style to client relationship management.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) French & Portuguese, ACE Diploma in English Language Teaching from University of Manchester, a Transformational Leadership Certificate from LASOF Institute, an Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, and a Diploma in Training Management. He is also a Certified ZimHost Train the Trainer Facilitator. He has recently completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management from University of Cape Town.
