Victoria joined Millar Cameron in 2018 and her role focuses on supporting senior-level executive search appointments globally. A consultant within the international development practice, she has extensive experience in talent mapping and executive search for C-level, Director, and Board level positions for Africa-focused organisations.
Recent assignments include Executive Chair, CEO, Non-Executive Director, Program Director, and Global Revenue Manager.
She holds a MA, Cantab from the University of Cambridge in Human, Social and Political Sciences and has a keen interest and expertise in diversity and inclusion strategies along with policy and economic development areas across sub-Saharan Africa.
