Following a long standing professional partnership that supported Regal Springs through key transitions their Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability had decided it was time to step down. This provided the opportunity and need to appoint a Head of General Counsel and Corporate Affairs. Through our historic work with Regal Springs, supporting them with Senior Management and Executive hires we were well placed to provide support with the search.

THE CHALLENGE

Regal Springs engaged Millar Cameron to complete an executive search process and identify the best individuals for the position. These candidates needed to possess an understanding of legal and operational compliance, as well as the ability to manage operations across a wide geographical and cultural footprint within the aquaculture or seafood sector. Regal Springs were keen to highlight the importance of individuals that had operated internationally and that could add value to the executive leader team through governance, risk management and strategy.
