Joseph joined our Kenya office in 2023 as a Consultant. He has prior experience as a Talent and Change Consultant and has managed end to end recruitment assignments across International Development, Financial Inclusion, Agriculture and Health sectors. An IT professional by training, he brings diverse experience in leveraging technology and innovations in people management.
Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, and is a Certified Psychometrist with expertise in administering Saville, AoN and Strengthscope® Assessments. He is also a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner with key skills in developing change management strategies, plans and interventions.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading and mentoring young people to develop workplace skills.
