Rose joined Millar Cameron in 2023 and has previous experience running a recruitment agency handling projects within the SME space across Africa.
She has over 14 years’ experience in project and operations management, talent advisory and business consulting. She has supported organisations in the technology, social enterprise and startup space where she has delivered recruitment and HR projects for a range of clients. Rose is passionate about connecting great companies with exceptional talent and developing effective teams.
She has a keen interest in behavioural science and how it relates to shaping the future of leadership and organisational development.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and is a certified Life Coach.
