Rachael joined Millar Cameron in 2013 and manages the company's finance, human resources and administration. She is also a member of Millar Cameron’s leadership team.
She has a background in accounting and audit across multiple sectors including agriculture, charity, education and financial services.
Rachael began her career in recruitment introducing environmental and sustainability experts.
She holds a BEng in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southampton.
Rachael is a firm believer of giving back and regularly fundraises through endurance events.
