She has managed end to end recruitment assignments including design search strategies, talent searches for leadership, managerial and technical roles, pre-screening, technical evaluation, preparing longlists and shortlists.
Silvia has successfully supported in placing executive and middle level managers across various sectors including international development, financial services, FMCG and aviation.
She has prior experience working in the banking industry as a HR Generalist and has also worked in the not-for-profit sector.
She holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and Organisation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and BSc in Economics and Business Management.
