Conor O’Callaghan is the Managing Partner and founder of Millar Cameron. He has specialised in recruiting executive and senior level professionals into emerging markets for over 22 years, focusing for the last 12 years on Africa leadership recruitment.
His diverse experience includes C level and Director level appointments in private equity, agriculture, consumer, forestry, international development and technology.
He holds a BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Portsmouth and University of Mariano Galvez, Guatemala.
Conor is a Trustee of The Merchant Taylors' Oxfordshire Academy Trust and sits on the Walter Bigg Foundation, a body that supports youth in his local community. He is a strong advocate in offender rehabilitation and has spent the last 15 years providing guidance at many prisons.
