Shelmith joined Millar Cameron in 2023 and is based in our office in Nairobi.
She brings almost a decade of experience in executive search, managing the end-to-end processes across a range of sectors including international development, private equity, manufacturing, retail and financial services. Her contributions also extend to management consulting where she has successfully executed assignments related to job grading, talent mapping and organisation design.
Shelmith is a certified psychometrist with expertise in conducting SHL personality and ability assessments as well as TMA Integrated Talent Management tools. She is also certified in administering the Belbin Behavioural assessment test.
In her spare time cycling and community development are her passions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce - Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Masters from USIU-Africa.
